By following this health and safety policy, The Healing Hubs Charity aims to create a safe and supportive environment for all individuals involved in our programs and activities.

1. Risk Assessment: The Healing Hubs Charity will conduct regular risk assessments of all activities and venues to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures to minimise risks.

2. Training: All team members and volunteers will receive training on health and safety procedures, including emergency response protocols and safe working practices.

3. Venue Safety: The Charity will ensure that all meeting places, warm hubs, and laughter yoga workshops adhere to health and safety regulations. This includes regular inspections of the premises, maintenance of equipment, and compliance with fire safety regulations.

4. Transportation Safety: The mini bus used for transporting members to and from meeting places will undergo regular maintenance checks and inspections. The driver and volunteer assistant will be trained in safe driving practices and passenger assistance.

5. Personal Protective Equipment: The Charity will provide appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks, for team members and volunteers when necessary.

6. Emergency Response: The Healing Hubs Charity will have clear procedures in place for responding to emergencies, including first aid provision, evacuation plans, and communication protocols.
