NHS Social Prescribing Link Workers across England connect patients experiencing loneliness, isolation, and poor mental wellbeing to community-based support. Social prescribing teams from across the country refer individuals to our befriending helplines, recognising the vital role that human connection plays in health and recovery. We are proud to work alongside the NHS to ensure no one is left without support.

NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) provides evidence-based psychological therapies for people with anxiety and depression across England. Talking Therapies teams refer individuals to us where loneliness and social isolation are contributing to or compounding their mental health difficulties — recognising that befriending and community connection are a powerful complement to clinical therapy.

Abri is one of the largest housing associations in the south of England, providing homes and support to thousands of residents across the region. Through our partnership with Abri, we provide befriending services to their residents who are experiencing loneliness and social isolation — helping people feel connected to their community and supported in their home.

Sanctuary Housing is a leading provider of affordable housing and care services across the UK, supporting a wide range of individuals and communities. We partner with Sanctuary Housing to offer befriending support to their residents, particularly those in sheltered and supported housing who may be at greater risk of loneliness and isolation.

Sunrise Sanctuary Healthcare is a specialist ADHD and ASD assessment and treatment centre, supporting individuals and families navigating neurodevelopmental conditions. We work alongside Sunrise Sanctuary to provide befriending support for their clients, helping to reduce the isolation that can so often accompany a new diagnosis or ongoing treatment journey.

Elysium Healthcare is a national provider of specialist mental health, neurological, and learning disability services, operating services across England and Wales. We work with Elysium Healthcare to provide befriending support for individuals in their care, offering a consistent, compassionate human connection that complements their clinical treatment.
